P&C Insurance Support

We provide trained and experienced remote staff (Client Partners) who have 3+ years of experience supporting brokers, producers, and account executives in the Canadian insurance industry.

Our client partners understand property & casualty insurance operations and can free up your in-house team to focus on new business and building client relationships.

Our client partners have hands-on experience with BMS platforms including Applied Epic, SigXP, and Powerbroker and they navigate insurance company web portals with ease to update policy information.

We skip the hype—no fancy AI, automation, or optimization jargon.

Support For Personal and Business Insurance

Insurance Brokerages like yours often face significant administrative burdens—from managing paperwork and quotes to handling client servicing and policy updates. These tasks can slow down your licensed agents, limiting their ability to focus on growing sales and deepening client relationships.

At Agency Boost, we specialize in back-office admin support that takes these time-consuming duties off your team’s plate. Our experienced client partners are trained in industry best practices to deliver efficient quoting, remarketing, policy management, and client servicing.

By partnering with us, agencies typically reduce administrative costs by over 50%, improve turnaround times, and boost customer satisfaction—all while allowing your agents to concentrate on what matters most: selling insurance.

Tasks We Can Handle for You

We manage end-to-end policy lifecycles, relieving your team from repetitive tasks so they can focus on core business functions.

  • Electronic Downloads (ADI/EDI): We process tasks in three parts—policies in suspense, ADI, Edocs in suspense—by allotting documents to policies and rechecking producer commissions.

  • Adding New Prospects/Accounts: We can set up the prospect in AMS with the information we receive and attach all
    email correspondence in AMS.

  • New Business Uploads: We upload the policies to different carrier portals with the quote information provided by the broker/sales team with the same premium, discounts, and endorsement details provided in personal lines.
  • Policy Changes/Endosrement: We update the insurance company portals with effective dates and create BMS records for any insured-requested changes, subject to coverage and limits.
  • Quotes/Remarketing: We quote homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies using prior policy, intake details, and documents. Answer UW questions, APOLs, or ERENs from client info or producer; save for review.
  • Certificate of Insurance (COIs): Prepare templates, issue certificates (add holder/AI details), send to POC for approval, then email to insured.
  • Renewals: Renew lines in BMS with proper codes: Process policies matching renewal details; add premiums/taxes/fees for agency bill; generate on finance; pull/send Epic renewal letter and documents to insured.
  • Cancellations: We process pro-rata and short-rate cancellations in BMS and carrier portal, creating/closing activities upon verified downloads.
  • Billing & Commission Support: Track installments, reconcile commissions, and manage invoicing.
  • Claims Assistance: Intake first notice of loss (FNOL), document prep, and basic status tracking (non-adjudication).
  • Bilingual TSRs: Trained TSRs for client servicing with English, French, Spanish, Hindi & Punjabi dialect.
